Barnel 19.5" Small Head Vintage Bypass Lopper is a light weight lopper with oval aluminum handles, high carbon steel blade with forged counter hook, a self-oiling center bolt, and thermoplastic rubber handles. The blade measures 3.25" on these loppers and have a cutting diameter of 1.5".
