This is one of the new generation ballasts, so doesn't have a fixed output, and instead the output depends on what you have connected to it. The benefit of this system is that you can power a great many lamps with this ballast; some which are certified, and some that are not but are common and tested. The amp draw will vary according to what you have connected as well.
