Feather Meal 12-0-0 is an economical source of nitrogen supplying a slower release of nitrogen over a long period of time making it ideal for the spring to provide a baseline source of nitrogen for your plants.
Feather Meal should be supplemented with other phosphorus and potassium fertilizers. Heavy feeding plants might need extra nitrogen from a faster acting nitrogen, such as blood meal.
